Yeah if im not feeling the chick. I have a female friend who isn't ugly...but she super skinny, has bad acne and can be kinda lame at times. She a neat freak so at least she clean...I could def room with her. Most women I dealt with were cluttery and messy and that's a lot to deal with so organization and responsibility are key factors to being my roommates. this has always been my issue. Proximity is my achilles heel which would make me say no to the OP's question.
