Can a man be out of a woman’s league simply because she is broke and he isn’t?

It’s a lot easier for a woman to hide her finances, unless she has a blue collar, no skill job. Even with a good job, she could still be in debt. A lot of women have a lot of credit card debt, which is why my wife still works full time. She doesn’t pay any bills, but I’m not paying those credit cards, student loans, or for all the packages that come at least 3 times a week. It’s normal for women to live with their parents until they are married, or at least in their 30s. So again, vet, ask questions, and see how long it takes her to answer. That wasn’t a huge dealbreaker for me, but low wage for a woman isn’t the same as low wage for a man. Had my wife not been working a decent job, I may have thought differently about her.

All the data we have on dating and marriage makes it very clear that high income men tend to date high income women. If they don't publicly denounce broke women it's simply because they don't have to - they're the dominant figures in the dating world and don't need to make a scene about anything. They also tend to marry relatively early, often to women they met/dated in college.

That's not to say high income men never date down financially. The "doctor married to a school teacher" thing exists for a reason. But overall trend/average is pretty clear. Doctors marry lawyers, engineers marry bankers, etc.
Yeah i tried to explain this to a few women and they didn't want to hear it. I seen this setup throughout my time in the art field. All the artists, musicians, photographers, performers, etc. That were married all had wives or husbands in stable established careers, so the times when money wasn't consistent the spouse would provide financial stability, or assistance with business management like the common pairing was the spouse being an accountant. I peeped that early so I knew I wasn't about to get with a musician or anything, I'd have to go after a tech girl or something.

Now that I'm not in that space I could probably go back and scoop up an art girl because they'd be looking at me as an anchor......

but now I'm after a current/future WNBA player with NIL money:steviej:
