Yesterday night, I was in downtown Toronto just exploring about and clearing my mind. I was at Kensington market, aka hipster town. I was walking through the park until I seen a street performer playing the flute. Dude was good so I decided to sit down and listen to him for a while. When he was done , I gave him props and we just started talking. He was a musician/dancer from Barbados. We just started talking about life and music. It's kinda rare for me to have a meaningful conversation with a person. I'd travel a long as way just to feel some connection.

Not like :dame:, but like, a human connection.
That's wassup man.

I just want to meet some new people and make friends.

I have never had a deep meaningful conversation with a human being outside of my parents since I became an adult.

Outside of a meetup (the app) it will be incredibly hard. Most people will already be with there friends at events and seeing some strange dude approach them will be awkward as fuk. You may get a few minutes convo in with some people but a different set of charism is required to somehow integrate into a pre defined social group at a club, bar or social event :ld:

Sounds like one of those questions you would have the answer to if you went outside.

Bars. I do it a lot less now but when I was younger I would wild out. Be apart of a random crew or meet up with a slore. I am little older now so when I go for a drink its usually just to get out of the house. Gotta be super inviting though.
