He's gotten injured before with that same gear and without the grueling schedule of being WWE Champ. Don't see anyone in the current era being able to last as long as Punk did. And again, Punk didn't even make it to 400+ days without taking a month off to heal injuries, and the only reason he lasted till the Rumble was because he had to job to The Rock and dude was a stubborn motherfukker that wanted to prove people wrong no matter what
