I hate Ambrose, but when on Raw this past Monday they had a dark match between Dean & Sami vs Seth & AJ.

It was a short match, but that 5 mins Dean was in the ring I felt was his best work since that HHH match. Dude did a nice running bulldog and clothesline at the same time ( don't ever remember seeing that b4). shyt had me like :obama:
He looked way more fluid than normal.

But with that said none of the shield got it like that. Not the way the WWE are booking them at least

I'm not sick of them, but I think that they should've been separate a lot more than they have been. Seeing them constantly interact has taken some luster off this triple threat, and will do the same to an eventual reunion. These guys have been involved in feuds or storylines damn near nonstop since the split, think of how much more special it would be if that hadn't been the case over the last two years.

Jesse GOATura once said in a shoot that one of the things he hates MOST about modern E is how the wrestlers always talk to face to face before matches and interact, he said that back in the day they would only face each other during the match they would cut separate promos to build the fight. Something along those lines.

I agree with him (and you) :ehh:

You saw that promo differently than I did. Not saying the words didn't come from his heart I just wasn't buying all the theatrics and the angry faces he was making.
Well he said what the other guy quoted though . Cut a serious no joke Promo
They pick and choose who they want to be stars...the Shield was a device to push Roman Reigns. It worked for a minute...he seemed like a upper midcard face people liked but then it went too far. They made him the Superstar of the Year at the Slammys and there is no way he won that fukking vote. Once they DID THAT? The writing was on the wall but they took it further than I could of thought at Rumble 2015 and he ain't been the same since.

Rollins carried the show after Bryan got injured and is why he gets cheered now.

Fans liked Ambrose's face turn from 2014 and he's just gotten more popular since. He DOES know how to run his mouth but his style is a little different. His comedy is kind of pecilur but it works SOMETIMES.

Are they better than Cesaro? No. Do they deserve to be pushed ahead of Cesaro and Nakamura? Not really but McMahon thinks he's smart by pushing his creation and making it seem like they're creating stars. They got the Shield running shyt..they got AJ shining away from all of that with the Cena program..the New Day and Cass and Enzo are over with fans no matter what....Sasha is loved and can't do no wrong no matter how much they try to hide her. Owens is a BIG TIME Player as a heel and he's gonna shine hard on top when it's his turn. They do this weird YO YO shyt with the Wyatts...half pushes but it goes nowhere and they got Miz/Maryse getting their time. So it's a different kind of show but the 50/50 booking SUCKS and Stephanie getting the LAST WORD SUCKS even more.
The one thing though is wwe has somehow made a bunch of new stars after looking dim without punk and Bryan . It was kind of like if not him punk or cena no ones was championship material or that over so everyone was behind homegrown Dolph now it's a bunch of home grown guys over plus Indy /work rate guys who could legitimately become champ . This roster is incredibly top heavy actually needs jobber matches again

I do feel like the whole evolution of the shield has kinda ran it's course. Maybe it's derailed by the brand split or it comes to an end at summerslam. Who knows:yeshrug:

My disdain for it is nowhere near like it was for the authority tho.:scust:

All three need revamped looks. They are so bland. I think Reigns has the most potential but they have to get him out of the damn vest and let him go back to shytting on people on the mic. Much like his "cousin" he can shyt on people and still be a face. He just needs that edge.

Seth needs a new finisher, new look, and theme. Reboot him before its too late. If you're going to run him as a face stop giving him 20 minute promos because the guy has the WOAT accent.

Dean needs to be serious, stop with the poop jokes. There is no reason he shouldn't be doing 3:16 shyt like riding in the arena in a monster truck, coming out in the middle of random matches, raising hell and daring someone to do something about it. No homo but dude needs a hair transplant or buzz it off and grow a beard.

They all can be saved but their current iterations are getting real old real fast.

But Seth got the WM moment and a year long reign. :dead:

You Roman haters grasp at straws to push your narrative. It is hilarious at this point.

No. You people choose to boo Roman because you want payback for Rumble 2015. That's when the current state of the show got to its all time worse status with the smarks rejecting everything that doesn't resemble Bryan or come out of ROH.

So now that Cena isn't the #1 focus, he should be the focus?

:mjlol:

Wait til this brand split happens and they decide they need Cena to flesh out RAW... you gon' eat them words.
Cena is hot again. He transformed his career past two years. He got the largest face pop Monday and even older men were yelling out his name. His charity work is astonishing. Can't hate anymore

I went to Raw last month and sat next to an 8 year old who had the Roman wristbands and everything. Damn near every woman there had a Roman, SR, or Cena shirt. But you saw kids on TV so I'll take your word for it.

I was at Raw Monday. Like I have most shows in Detroit the past two decades. If people hate Roman for Daniel Bryan reasons, how the hell did HHH get cheered over him? There isnt a more anti Daniel Bryan (on television)

Because Bryan was returning and was eliminated from the Rumble within six minutes. Roman won the whole thing. They feel Roman is in his "spot."

I disagree. I liked Dean's promo because it felt like Seth actually touched a nerve with him so he got serious.

Speaking of Seth, I'm convinced he can be the top heel OR the top face. Either way, he'd kill it.
I'm lazy. Link to this promo?

I feel like Ambrose hasn't reached his full potential tbh. Neither has Roman. Seth has gotten the closest. There is greatness in there tbh for all three of them. I really do believe that, Shield stanning aside. They just need someone who KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING to tap into it.
