I think Punk, I really do. Maybe I'm just being naive.
The others are borderline novelty acts and are halfway expected to be involved in some capacity every time Mania season rolls around. NOBODY is expecting Punk to come back and if he did the fans would know its long term and not just some one show stint.

Given the past 3 years, the answer is Punk. Austin would be a very close second given the location though
Austin or Rock.....dont remember Punk being crazy over there. Houston and TX have been real crazy hot spots for Rock and Austin...Michaels wasn't even more over than Taker in TX. CM Punk chants is starting to get boos these days too. Bryan being in 30 though? Would be one for the record books though.

People saying Punk because the crowd would realize it's a long term thing are forgetting that's not how a pop works. If the glass shatters the Alamo Dome is gonna legit think - even if it's just for 1 minute - that Austin is back to win the Rumble, take the title and somehow make the Attitude Era return and shyt
