Austin cause he hasn't been in the ring in years, plus, he's Austin. Rock because they see him more frequently, but it's always a big thing when he pops up. CM Punk cause the fans have continued to chant his name even though he's been making it clear he's not coming back, along with the chants dying, then suddenly coming back. HBK would be last cause the fans see him more frequently, plus the last couple of times he's returned, the crowds have responded with

But Austin competing in the ring would out pop the rock cuz we already saw lackluster matches recently from him and CM Punk lost his lustre once he got knocked out by a nobody he has no credibility in a ring anymore after legit looking like a short order cook non athlete in the octagon

Yeah but his pop was on par with Bryan's at the last couple of Manias. His pops in 05, 07, and 09 weren't that huge. Crowd kind of cheered for Piper in the confrontation at Mania 21.

So I wouldnt bet on him just outpopping Rock in 2016...

Hbk is tough 1 because it's Texas and 2. He said he would never wrestle again. So being in the rumble would be a complete surprise coming out of retirement.

The one true answer is Austin though. Has nothing to do with texas. Stone cold hasn't wrestled in years. Although he was commissioner at one point and would dish out stunners he hasn't wrestled in over a decade.

But he's made several comments over the years saying he feels good enough for one more match. Even once went as far as to say one more run.

He's the only legend to never come back so for him to come back it'd be the biggest moment in wrestling history...

Honestly, part of it depends on who's standing in the ring when that music hits.

If a bunch of main eventers are there and Austin/Rock came out, of course the crowd would go nuts....

...but let's say, AJ Styles is standing alone waiting for no. 30 and HBK's music hit....

...or if Owens, Seth, and/or Roman were waiting and Punk came out...
