I have a morbid curiosity about nukes though so this shyt fascinates me. Don’t get it twisted, a nuclear reaction in space is still a devastating event depending on your proximity. You won’t have the blast effects, or the fallout, but much of the initial energy and radiation of that blast is still present. You won’t have a good time

The "fire" and Shockwave of nuclear blaste are the result of an atmosphere having its temperature raising several thousands of degree, almost instantly...blah blah blah expanding heat....the true danger of an explosing nuke in space is the radiation. It has not atmosphere to absorb it. No air to blow it around...that area will be a non go zone for a the foreseeable future.
I THINK THE OPPOSITE. THE THING THAT MAKES AN AREA UNINHABITABLE IS THE RADIOACTIVE DEBRIS. IN SPACE, THE RADIOACTIVE PARTICLES WOULD EXPLODE OUTWARD AND CONTINUE TO MOVE OUTWARD. WITH NO AIR TO DRAG IT DOWN, IT WOULD JUST KEEP EXPANDING OUTWARD. THE BLAST ZONE WOULD CLEAR UP FAST WOULDN'T IT?

Also, is light a wave or a particle? I know it's technically both, but in this case, what form does the electromagnetic radiation take?

I BELIEVE ITS JUST THE METHOD LIGHT USES TO TRANSFER THE HEAT. ANYTHING IT TOUCHES IS BATHED IN IT AND RADIOACTIVE HEAT TAKES A LONG TIME TO DISSIPATE.

Space is not entirely devoid of oxygen. It's just not enough oxygen for a human to breath.
uhhhhh breh, there's no atmosphere the only oxygen in space is bonded to stardust so no breathable oxygen at allll. so, you wouldn't be able to even speak in space and hear words. no air for the vibrations of your vocal cords to vibrate and create sound. no air for and explosion to heat and thus expand through.

Tiny Stardust particulates are everywhere not just in the giant clouds you see in a telescope though.
