I have a few problems. Trust being one of them. My solution to getting us to somewhat trust our fellow man is learning how to build it through effective ways of communication that speaks directly to our people.

Calm down, no need to get so defensive. Im just saying that OP had a good Idea and here you come with the first post saying the way the system is set up it is not possible to come up with solutions. Your exact quote was to "dismantle the system", which let's be honest, is probably never gonna happen. We've been trying for YEARS. So if you're waiting on white people to fix the "system" then you might as well give up. I'm just saying that living in a world where things work they way they do, we as in black people need to help each other and focus on ways to help ourselves cause they ain't gonna do it
