What are the prolonged symptoms if you play with the injury? What are the pros and cons? If you decide to play, how much does the surgery minimize the injury?

Of course I'm asking this question pertaining to Al Jeff. I've listened to people say that he's a lazy out of shape liability.

He's not out of shape by any means, it's incredibly painful to just deal with on an everyday basis..much less play basketball with.

If that shyt was keeping Noah on ice for a while, I know enough to know it's not to be fukked with.

I think Timmay had it too a couple of years ago

Basically doctors say he can't do any further damage to it.....but like Chuck was saying earlier he might injure something else bc he's overcompensating

I had it for 8 months . How I still had time to recover from it to train for my first marathon four years ago, was nothing short of :mindblown:.

The pain was unbearable. There's a layer of tissue that connects your heel to your arch. When this tissue of nerves gets inflamed, that's Plantar Fasciitis. It feels like you're stepping on needles . Especially when you first get out of the bed in the morning :damn:

I had my sales job then running back and forth which made the recovery take longer because I needed to stay off my feet to get better.

Thanks brehs. I've always heard about this injury a lot in football and basketball. From every account, this shyt is fukking horrible.
I didn't want to insinuate that Al Jeff had the injury due to conditioning, I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't incorrect giving Shaq the :what: about telling this dude to play.

Shaq still right tho,it's the playoffs.... you play until you physically can't play anymore.

Its an inflammation. It doesnt always hurt everyday, but when it flares up, its a bytch. I had it a few years ago. I was rolling my foot over a tennis ball to ease the pain. Im sure its different for a dedicated athlete thats running and jumping for a living.
