I don't have him as the GOAT. I have him at #2, but this song pretty much breaks it down.
And this came out 20 YEARS AGO.
Jay is definitely top 10 he's not the GOAT though he's really done nothing to change the game.

I feel like Jay being the “GOAT” is one of the more recently manufactured pushes I’ve seen. I’m a big Jay fan but I’m not calling him the goat anytime
