Though with how good a top end router is I don't really see why you would need one...

My one router gives me enough coverage for my house and it's 2 stories and right at 4000sqft

Buy a second router and run a direct line from the main to the second.

Run the cat5 into the basement to the room where needed. You can drill through the floor or fish the line through the wall. Fish tape isn't that expensive. It's probably gonna cost you a bit if you don't have a power drill.
