I just did a quick search and it looks like you are down to your last option. Re initialization, which will wipe everything and reset ps4 to default. Sorry breh.

Blow in the cartridge and when u put the cartridge in don't push it in all the way so when u push it down the end of the cartridge clicks against the comsole

I hope you backed up everything to the cloud/flash drive. You might have to replace the hard drive.
