No it's not. People dap a post because they agree with whatever that person said. Their is a difference between agreeing with someone who shares your views or opinions on a matter and just complimenting someone because they're "pretty".

the answer is both yes and no, people have different motivations for liking and commenting on a photo, sometimes it's about attraction other times it's about other things.
