Probably malware tbh. A lot of that shyt shuts down your system restore process so that you can't get rid of the virus

hold the shift key , Right click on chrome icon and select login as a different user,

use your normal login credentials and it should rebuild the profile.

but if you ran that registry editor and your getting errors i suggest you start backing up your hard drive.

does it make a bunch of clicking like sounds ???

I think you could even restore to factory settings with viao care (my girl used to have one), but that should be your last resort (as you'd have to back everything up and install everything again)

i actually have no firewall or anti virus things up, anyone know of free safe ones?

Edit: use malwarebytes to virus scan your shyt first. Maybe it's just a virus
