A few are;
Seeing other people get hurt in relationships (parents, friends, siblings etc).
Being hurt in past relationships.
Watch too many movies, shows, videos etc of people talking about their relationship trauma will make fears within your own relationship.
Seeing friends or family doing dirt in their relationship and realizing that your partner could easily be doing the same thing.
