Anyone can be racist, but more often than not blacks are racists toward other blacks.

Racism is not an experience. Racism is a system. You cannot truly be racist without power. Being called a cac hurts for 0.000000001 seconds. Being denied a certain job because the management believes a negative stereotype about blacks is forever.

People are confusing racism with prejudice and discrimination.

I think you guys are confusing prejudice and racism. I used to be one of the people that used the two words interchangeably but they don't mean the exact same thing. I believe racism involves the actual practice of discrimination to the group that you believe is inferior. An act of non-equal treatment which mostly comes from being in a position of power, i.e. slavery. More often than not, blacks are not in a position of power to be treating other groups unjustly b/c of their skin color on a large scale. Even if they were, based on their history, I just don't think we're filled with that much malice.
