It depends because back in school we had black male groups with brothers from all around the country that came and broke bread and helped a few others get businesses started. So I say yes as long as there are no ulterior motives

Sad but true. Just like when I worked for ol boy at the paint n body shop. Mf was cool with me just sanding and doing body work. But then I started going to school to get them certs in paint n body u could feel the tension. The closer I got to getting my certs the less work hed give me.

Why do people act like black people are a monolith?
Like black people have to unite across the globe....

Look, I get it. There are amazing things that can be achieved when people unite and work toward a common goal.
But just because two people are black does not mean they don't have other differences that might put them on different paths.

Because it's not like all white people are united in doing things either.
Bosnia, Ukraine, Ireland, Germany, etc...
There are plenty of divisions among every race.

How many different tribes and cultures exist in Africa for example? Dozens? Hundreds? Thousands?

I absolutely think people should work together when possible and where a mutual benefit exists.
But I don't think it's as simple as "I'm black, you're black...let's do this..."
It doesn't happen that way in any race/culture...I don't think.

But I could be wrong.

The USA and EU says that it is possible. Gaddafi had the right idea and they killed him for it. God Bless Nigeria.

I've read that about Gaddafi.

I see what you're saying. But that's more a dollars thing than a solidarity thing.

Or maybe the coli argument is that white people are all for allowing black solidarity as long as it doesn't fukk with white profits

At the end of the day everything is about money. Had a discussion about my pops and he was telling me how differently things were in Ghana. Basically told me that you can eat down there but I would probably become corrupt because of how people operate down there. We don't have the same state of mind, too many people are thinking in the now.
