Only problem I see is you will loose states like ohio pen and so on and so forth that are needed.

Its a fun game though if it could be tweaked to be slightly more realistic cause you are right no modern election would be that kind of blowout.

Once I went way right and said the Department of Education should be disbanded, California and New York went gray After that I just wanted to see how far I could tank Gore... 277-22 in Bush's favor

Finally won the strategy I used is I would occasionally go to states that I had no chance of winning and give liberal answers the others I would answer according to the state im in.
