None of our friends have time to pop up unannounced. It takes at least a week to organize any get togethers after a certain age

It was cool when I was younger
friends would just show up with alcohol and blunts and we'd play Halo or Burnout Takedown or that Def Jam fighting game.
Now that we grown... HELL NO!!!!

It's not only about the place needs to be clean it's also...
what are you always home? What if you not home?
What if you have a girl over and you trynna fukk?
what if you got another group of friends over that you want separate from your other group?
What if you planning to fap?
What if it's chores day, you gotta do your laundry your this or that.
What if you got work to do?
What if you as soon as they knock on your door you were just on your way out to the gym?

Or even worse.....
What if a girl you trynna fukk comes over as planned, and a friend shows up at the door AT THE SAME TIME as the girl and they meet at the door.

There's a whole bunch of reasons why you do not show up unnanounced.

And lastly, what if it's just one of those days you want to be alone today?

Hell nah. And I learned this fact about myself early because I was the first of my friends to move into my own place at 18 and they thought my house was going to be the default kick it spot.

I had to leave a lot of mfs outside in the cold before they learned pulling up on me unannounced was not the move.

I pop up at my parents house all the time unannounced. But if they popped up on me I would be sick and upset

I only ever popped up unannounced at my mom's house ONCE and that's because my apartment building caught fire and everybody had to evacuate. And it wasn't even really a pop up because I had been calling and texting the whole way over there.

Do you know that lady still left my black ass outside for 4½ HOURS!?

It wasn't really on purpose though. She had come from from a Sunday Brunch and was sleeping off the mimosas in the back room while I was alternating between banging on her door and blowing up her phone .
