After working with thr plastic surgeons at my hospital...i wouldnt suggest silicone for implants. They dont use those anymore really. All the docs i work with use saline filled implants. We had to clean out a womans breast that had silicone implants and it came out lookin like a clear tar. shyt was sticky and an all around mess. It busted somehow and we replaced it with a saline filled one.

This is the first time I've heard that no one uses silicone lol it's usually the other way around. That no one uses saline because silicone is better. They always say the chance of it rupturing is like 1%.

The woman we had that ruptured had hers in for a while before it did. That 1 percent is probably true. The docs i work with have moved on from using them though. I havent done any surgeries where we have used saline filled implants at my hospital. The saline implants look nice too when its all said and done lol
