Can somebody explain what the Bushed tag means

I keep seeing posters with the bushed tag. What does it mean in regards to this forum?

A bushing is like In school suspension and a ban is like out of school suspension.

So some one gets bushed when they doing too much but not enough to straight up ban.

Naw not at all. Just be finding it weird when y'all do that... especially a dull thread like this one.
