I posted actual science, which proves that Gay couples are as fit as other people to be parents. I'm sorry if facts dont fit your world view fam

My opinion is based on me being adopted and common sense that a man cant teach a girl how to be a woman and a woman cant teach a boy how to be a man.... They can show them examples, how to try to be like who not to be like, but they cant show them they selves

My mom was a junkie, even shooting amphetamine through her whole pregnancy with me (who knows what other kind of drugs.. she was a straight junkie, didnt even have cab money to get to the cot damn hospital and she lied on the adoption papers so I wouldnt get adopted by the reservations, so who know what else she lied about) and I had a older sister 4 years older, she gave her up to so she can hit the strip with no responsibilities ..she wasnt fit to be a mother (or a human really)

it's clear she wasn't fit to be a mother, but I don't see how that relates to a normal, non drug-addicted, stable gay couple. even if we ignore the info brokewave posted and go with the assumption that a child faces the same disadvantages being raised by a stable single parent that it does being raised by a stable gay couple, allowing that single parent to raise the child while not allowing the gay couple to raise it is unfair and discriminatory. that's the point that I'M making. it's like legalizing the sale of one type of liquor yet banning another kind that has the same exact effects and isn't anymore unhealthy then the legal liquor. and of course, if you factor in the info that brokewave posted, then there's really no logical argument against gay adoption in the first place.

fellas, ya'll really need to stop being so emotional when it comes to these gay issues. I know its hard because the first instinct is to feel like it threatens our masculinity/manhood, etc but if ya'll really approached this shyt from a LOGICAL prospective instead of a "that shyt grosses me out,makes me feel uncomfortable" perspective you'd realize that there really isn't any reason why a heterosexual male should even give a fuck about what a homosexual man does with his life. it's not relevant to us and it's none of our business. it actually looks MORE suspect if you're overly concerned with their homo activity. the shyt has NO effect on you and what you choose to do with your life. where do we draw the line though? Because according to the Bible, premarital sex is a sin, a Christian marrying a non-Christian is a sin. Divorce is a sin. You realize how hypocritical it is to ban gay marriage based on Biblical principle yet not ban those who have premarital sex or people of different faiths from getting married and not ban divorce?

Obviously if its down between 2 couples that want to adopt that are identical except one is straight and the other is gay, most adoption agencies will likely give it to the straight couple..

This is all that needs to be said. fukk all the illogical "well if the gay parents are great and the straight parents are shytty" argument. If you are going to draw a comparison to test a factor, both items have to be the same to see the difference that variable makes.

One situation is clearly better than the other, for a lot of justifiable and needed reasons. If it wasn't, there would be no issue as to who the child goes to: the straight or the gay couple. But we all know the difference and we all know what one group is lacking. Why front about it trying to be PC?

Promoting the gay lifestyle:

Did gay people vanish when all we promoted was the straight life? Dudes risked their lives to suck a dikk. Similarly, even if every channel was 24 hour hardcore gay porn I still would love titties amd the scent of a woman (her p*ssy not her perfume). The only people who would be convinced to be gay were prolly half a gay to begin with.

The main issue is the legal stuff: insurance, medical decisions, taxes, all that shyt.

Gay people do want the spiritual element, too but that's more about being legitimate all around and not having a second tier 'marriage'. Imagine if interracial couples had to get married in the basement of the courthouse only.
