Can someone explain PS1, Dreamcast emulators to me.

Idk how many of ya'll use emulators but I love playing old school games. I usually play old N64 and Genesis games but only because I don't know how to play consoles that used a CD. Is there an easy guide on how to use them?

Youtube has alot of easy guides on using emulators. Just type in dreamcast emulator tutorial and find the video with the most views. Its a learning process but once you understand it opens up alot of doors for friends, friend.

It's usually the same way as console based emulators but you need a BIOS file with it. I play PS1 games on my phone because those basic ass mobile games don't do it for me.

Use vimm.net for PlayStation Roms or freeroms.com. you might have to download the ps1 bios file. Most emulators allow you to just download the psx bin file which is located in the zip file usually.

Thanks but i dont know what half of that means. what are bios files and bin files? Its so much easier with the n64 roms.

the bios file is what you need to run any playstation emulator
.bin files are the actual games
