Uncertain grounds
People seen him as a superstar in Football and just a decent player in Basketball but let's be real, the NFL wasn't giving chances like that with brothas and even now, they are  with brothas at QB.

right..even warren moon was in the CFL and shyt...same goes for mobile QBs in general to a lesser degree..didnt steve young play for the LA Express or somethin?

but in terms of Ward..his hype from football made him look worse as a basketball player. dude was a good player and had a long career

Luke Walton made 33 million.....Luke Walton.

If you had a chance to be eventually be an NFL starting QB, or make a safe choice and be a mediocre NBA player... what would you do?
Considering how much NFL QB's get paid now and Charlie's talent level, NFL QB. Then, NBA, no question about it. Also the rules changed too.

NFL wasn't nearly as big on spread/mobile qbs at the time, if you weren't tall and a pocket passer then :camby:
