the question, why the adjustable blade on the Bevels? Are they for beard trimming or can you fade with these?
When you want to zero gap a normal pair of trimmers (bridging the 2 blades together so there is "no gap" in between the 2) you have to unscrew the blade and manually adjust it. The adjustable blade on the Bevel is simply to eliminate the process of unscrewing the blades, it isnt for fading.

Never ever. Unless u Jordan or Dr. Dre. He got away with the Beats cause most people don't know shyt about audio and them shyts is bass heavy. Look at Bose. People by that shyt and think it's top of the line cause of the price. They don't even give u wattage or ohm's info. The home theater systems are proprietary setups and the sound is terrible. It's just loud. They use paper cones for their speakers. A black man come's out with a product and the shyt gets dissected a million ways so people can find an excuse not to buy it.

So if not Bose or beats, what you recommend?

Oh ok, what's your basis for saying it doesn't stack up to the andis if you haven't used it or had it used on you?

The videos and reviews that I posted. I am seeing the results as they have been consistently compared to the andis by barbers.

Trial and error. I still go to the barbershop every now and then. But once you learn and get the hang of it you good. And you saving a whole bunch of money.

:snoop:The product does not stack up with its closest competitor which is 3X cheaper, don't give it excuses because it is black owned.
I'm saying playa. There's no excuse. Had the price point been cheaper I could see it. The most 75. But 200? Nah b, that's crazy. It better be A1.

The adjustable blade doesn't move far enough for fading. What it's for is cause some barbers like a "zero gap" which there is no spears between the still and moving blade. If u got a heavy hand then you don't want it too close because they cut closer. You can zero gap any clippers but it requires dismantling the blade, but without a proper tool it can be tricky. This just is for convenience. But if you using the razor after the liners it doesn't really matter.

My boys designated me the one who would learn to cut when we were all like 14. And let me fukk their heads up while I learned. Honestly, I haven't needed a barber for my lineup in like 8, 9 years. I go cause I don't have time, or cause they can still fade me up better than I can on my own using two mirrors.

If u want home theater. For speakers. U can get Definitive Technology. Bowers and Wilkins. Martin Logan etc. shyt there's even some Klipch setups that are better than Bose. Or the Lexus to their Toyota. Which is Energy brand. Pair it with a nice Marantz, Pioneer, Denon, Yamaha, etc receiver and u good to go. If u want some nice headphones that do justice. Cop some Audio Technica. Sennheiser. Shure, AKG. Etc etc.

Agreed.

I just think they made a huge mistake trying to make a "cool, hip" trimmer. No one cares what kinda trimmer you have, they just see your lineup. So if it doesn't work as well, there's really no incentive to get it over an Andis, even if they were the same price, much less it being more than double. Functionality and performance should've been their focus. It's like if someone tried to sell a $50 hair brush or $20/each condoms that didn't work any better than their competitors. Just dumb.

Functionality and performance was their focus. But for the barbers view point, not the customer. Bevel trimmers were designed to make life easier for the barber. No chord getting in the way, doesn't get hot as fast, easier to adjust, and easier to clean.
