I noticed something, the black women I know that come from more affluent homes. A lot of them have permed hair and their hair appears to be healthy.

Then you have the average black woman who in many cases rock those crazy ass plastic looking weaves because their real hair is fvcked off so bad. My question is what are the ones with money doing so differently from a hair care perspective? Is it that expensive to grow hair?

I realize that straight hair is unnatural for black folks and woman damage their hair trying to get that look but what do some of our women know that others don't?

They have no african history. They were removed from mother africa and don't know what to use on their head.

We use rare juices and berries, black shampoo, palm oil, cocoa butter, and things that must be quite expensive to import for them.

Quite unfortunate really. but with todays age of information, you'd think they would youtube it. :yeshrug:

there is also a kind of toothbrush which uses charcoal (during ancient days people brushed their teeth with charcoal, now it's in toothbrush form very very effective, your teeth will squeak) and this lotion which has some sort of honey in it. there's lots of things exclusively for the black attributes, all natural.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
It's traction alopecia, once you notice the "egg head" look a lot of weave / braid / tight ponytail wearers have it's impossible not to see it everywhere.

It's the same reason a lot of dudes who rocked braids have a receding hairline now, you can't continually pull on your hair and twist it and not basically slowly pull it out by the roots.

weave, extensions, chemicals, LAZINESS!

Nah, it's not even weave or chemicals.... cause there are plenty of black women who wear weave and perm their hair who have healthy heads of hair.

you'd be surprised at how many women don't know how to properly care for their own hair...cause they mommas didn't know how to take care of their own
