Can someone explain why Push (2009)...

Nah. There's a reason nobody cares about the The First Avenger. Dude can't carry a movie by himself. They added Scarlett Johannsen to the second one and then the third was an Avengers movie. I liked Snowpiercer but dude hasn't shown the ability to carry a movie and/or be a box office draw as a lead.

The overall movie wasn’t that great but I enjoyed it because what it could’ve been I did enjoy the world it painted. It was up against a lot of similar movies. Push jumper heroes was still huge during that time and chronicle . Honestly it was just put out in the wrong time...

Tried watching it again. Made it halfway through before I turned it off.

It was extremely mediocre and came out in a time Hollywood oversaturated the market with this type of movie (Next, Jumper, this).

Push never blew up because it was a boring ass movie with a dope concept that couldn't deliver. The powers and shyt were cool, but them nikkas ain't really go ham with the shyt until the end. fukking movie was a chore to get through up until that point.

Jumper was dope though and was executed better than Push.
