I'm not an expert with it or anything but It triggers some type of pleasure/reaction to certain sensory parts of your brain I think

Think of it as if someone in real life whispering in your ear real close, it might make you wince a bit but in a good way

Certain sounds have different reactions in people, kinda like the nails on the chalkboard feeling gives people goosebumps or the willies
