Always preferred the Season 1 intro of the Wire. Loved how they incorporated the sound effects of the scene into the music to illustrate the Wire was just as much about "the process" of investigating the drug trade as it was the theatrics. Also the bluesy music gave illustrated the grittier feel of the series compared to others
