Because he got cleared by people not in the wwe
If u are training to fight in a boxing match and u cant pass the olympic style drug testing they put up but can pass a independent doctors drug test...u still cant pass the one that matters
I've always thought it was common sense that non-wwe doctors aren't.. you know... wwe doctors.
He's being cleared by NFL doctors and shyt... but not WWE.

Edge openly admitted his neck issues started before he signed with the WWE and retired when his doctor to him it was time. Eddie's passing was due to him getting clean a little too late.
Retiring is the only way DB can essentially get out of his WWE.
