Can someone school on why Dan Quinn is a top head coach prospect?

Gus Bradley was the next great hope 2 years ago and hasn't done shyt in Jacksonville. Why are people ignoring this? Quinn turned Seattle's defense from #4 to #1 in the league. nikkas acting like he been putting in work and turning defenses around for years. Not to mention Seattle was his first NFL DC job.

Took you from #4 to #1 huh? Nevermind all the damn talent getting another year under their belt. The seahawks have improved every year on defense since Carroll has been there. Mafukkas be nieve as shyt. Yes he is decent but got damn, it's because he is under Pete Carroll and has elite talent on defense. shyt ain't rocket science man. He's just the next great white hype. He'll get a HC gig, get fired in 3 years and be back as a coordinator for Pete. Same story.

You know these teams just go get the guy thats in the room with "hot head coach"

Ray Horton, I was wondering what happened too, but I guess between the policy of the nfl, his public figurative fukk you to AZ for not hiring him, and being with two teams these past two seasons...one of which defense got worse, he's not turning any heads at the moment.
