Hogans promos always felt organic,off the top of the head.And i agree they were overrated.But his charisma and unique look carried him through that.

Sting just kinda felt like he was yelling at you after a while..

Kinda like your Dad yelling at you.Like.."Huh is that what you want to grow up to be!Well your gonna learn mister!"

It always felt like a lecture.

The gimmick shouldn't have worked because it was just a rip off of heath ledgers joker so close to the time as well and I hated the idea initially but Sting made it work. Great promos during that period and he played that gimmick so well he should be in contention to play Joker in a film

I can agree with this he always had the crowd involvement but he would also say some real corny shyt in his promos too but dude always had me hyped for what was coming next, ESPECIALLY vs Flair.
