Can the black Community be used to reform Gun Control Laws?

If you are interesting in changing gun laws in America then print out a bunch of gun permit forms and hand them out all over all the black communities in America. A massive spike in the increase of black Americans applying for legal firearms will cause the US gov't to reform gun laws overnight, similar to then Gov't Ronald Reagan changing California's open carry gun laws once the Black Panthers emerged holding automatic weapons.

Ya obviously, there were gun laws put in place in cali to weaken the black panthers. Anything a black group or person does will always be looked upon as "different" than when a non black especially white person or group does it.

The problem with stricter gun control is they're only focused on people that may be radicalized thought Islam. Those racist st0rmfr0nt white boys will still be able to legally buy guns legally.What about them?

They should be on FBI watchlist just as much as Islamic extremists.
