I think they'll be fine but I don't have a clue about their cap situation and the # of free agents they have this off-season.

Only once and not since FA was implemented(it came in the 93 season but the Bills were already built then).

I think that the Seahawks will be OK, dependant on how well they draft and Wilson's progression, with him about to take on a bigger share of the cap space they'll need to lean on him more.
