you will see the spurs with 3-4 new players on the squad that will be expected to contribute, if they pan out the spurs have a chane to make it to the finals, if they dont, well the spurs will have another very good regular season but get bounced in the second round

The Thunder should be the favorites, the only problem is they will never beat the Heat with the team they have now. I'd rather have the Spurs win again. Golden State is a darkhorse pick though.

Nah, this was the last run for them. Duncan knew it too when he missed that tip in at the end. That was very Patrick Ewingish right there.

Sorry @Malta :to:

I just don't believe in OKC until they get a big man who can score.

They are an iso heavy team that relies on jump shots and turnovers. Even if they had Russ, I think Memphis beats them in 6 or 7. Just watching their offense in half court and Scott Brooks coaching is just horrid sometimes.

And Durant's lack of post skills doesn't help either.

It depends on the moves we make. If we're able to get these THREE THINGS:

1. a capable big man next to Duncan i.e. Al Jefferson

2. an explosive SCORING two guard

3. a quality back up PG

and remain healthy heading into the playoffs.....we could win the West again. OKC is the favorites though

big Al can score but he is a horrible defender

when you look at how pop managed the ENTIRE season (resting guys at the right time) it's not THAT hard to fathom them getting back. Kahwi is primed to be a semi star and the lack of quality bigs keeps duncan relevant. the clippers dont know which way they're going so i write them off for next year. okc is on the decline since harden real talk.

First of all we have to see what kind of changes they make to solidify their bench and maybe they could get another perimeter scorer too. Maybe they sign a Kyle Korver or someone to provide more shooting. Though I think he ends up in Miami for some reason. And then we have to factor in teams like the Warriors and OKC coming back healthy and improved. It would be tough but not impossible for them to do.

honestly depends on what moves we make this offseason

u gotta look sure parker gonna remain the same player and leonard will get alot better and green should get better

but duncan is a toss up on how he will play he is THE GOAT PF but he is 37 and i dont even know if he can replicate what he did this yr next season also

manu is just done from my point of view sure u can keep him but dont offer him alot this time around and not rely on him either

splitter just needs too be more aggressive going too the hole he can work on that in the offseason

so to be honest NO WE ARE NOT CUZ WE DONT KNOW HOW THIS OFFSEASON PANS OUT
AND HOW MUCH MORE IMPROVEMENT WE WILL GET FROM THE YOUNG GUYS

i dont count leonard in that area cuz he been consistent :blessed:
