Matt Hardy version 1 is still a classic.

On that note Christian > Edge.
Edge needed like 30 pushes to kinda get over. Christian had the streets on lock dolo.

Jeff always had an innate charisma that drew fans to him even if many saw him as a spot monkey who didn't have much mic skills.

Matt being more talented(debatable) doesn't mean the fans will be into you. It's all about who the fans connect with at the end of the day. Jeff always stood out, popped the crowd and moved hella merch in his singles run.

Matt found his stride as Broken Matt, but before this, you'd be hard pressed to find majority going Matt>Jeff.

Now, we probably can agree that Matt is > Jeff when it comes to reinventing himself successfully.

I don't remember Jeff's Willow being super over and other than that, he's pretty much been Hardy Boys' Jeff for decades.

Matt has had a few gimmick changes of varying successes.

It will always be Jeff>Matt for me, but that's more personal preference and partially nostalgia

No to both statements. One of those Solange is better than Beyonce type of guys. The right guy got pushed in both instances. However for Edge and Christian both of them were main event worthy.

For Matt Hardy, are we going to forget when he gave awful promos during his Edge feud? Or how he never had any real personality until his Big Money Matt/Broken Matt Hardy gimmicks?

Matt Hardy V1 was the definition of a midcard gimmick. It wasn't going to elevate him.

They've been around for a long time and Jeff always had more to offer until very recently. Matt was maybe better on promos, but they didn't speak much anyway.
