I digress man, but back to the topic. These woman don't take their aspiring careers seriously. I be seeing some of these chicks art on IG. That shyt suck. They're not putting time into their craft. They just meet the right simp with clout. Suck and fukk him and get the position that want. Then its like a dominoes effect because once other young women notice they can build a brand because the young chicks will want to aspire to be her not knowing ol girl had to do facial abuse sex acts to get it.
Lets be real. Most women don't earn their careers. If it wasn't for laws they wouldn't be able to compete in their given field of employment. They don't have that beast in them to compete on a high level. Esp in something like the creative industry or entertainment industry,. hell the creative process alone is very draining plus u have to add in business, marketing, networking, personal life issues and if you're black u got the race thing also. U gotta be wired mentally a certain way to endure in a "dream" job.
You cant make it in of these creative careers long term without true passion, discipline, skill and dedication. So how else are they going to get into these industries? the answer is simple, do whatever the H.N.I.C tells them to do and if they don't they'll have to live a "normal" life which consist of a husband, kid and job and who the fukk wants that right?
They want the "fast life" which is proven to be a facade created to use chew them up and spit them out but for every young ripe young female that gets eaten and chewed up by the beast, somehow there's a never ending line that walk into it. actually amusing
Enclosing: If you got a spouse or family member thats in one of these "dream" jobs chances are she did some sinister things to "make it". U see her as little innocent sis. Eating thanksgiving dinner laughing about good ole times but deep in her mind are the never ending thoughts of her having 4 strange men doing ungoldy things to her in a remote hotel somewhere. Those demons will slowly eat her away over time and the simp shes settle with eventually will have to deal with it.
