Mike's bodyguard said the bytch was fuming in the back of the limo because Mike was an a$$hole to her after they fukked...She didn't like being treated like a booty call and got mad saying some wild shyt about how she is going to teach him...Next thing you know dude is hit with a rape charge...

Peter Heller went in depth on the whole case and how frivolous that conviction was in his 1995 book titled " Bad Intentions: The Mike Tyson Story"...Its a good read even if you already know Mikes story...

Dude was convicted purely based on the victims word...

Not only did they have no evidence but Washington had a well documented history of falsely claiming rape...She had accused her own father as teenager because she didn't like how he judged her for having sex at a young age...She also accused a former boyfriend...The court did not allow any of these men to testify in Mikes trial and neither one was ever found guilty of Washingtons accusations...

Anyways Don King is to blame for this...Mike would have never been convicted if they hired a lawyer experienced in rape trials...Those idiots hired King's tax attorney who had no experience in criminal trials to handle a rape trial involving a black man labeled "the most feared man on the planet" in a white conservative state...They set Mike up for disaster...
