The GOAT series, for me personally.

San Andreas and Vice City had the GOAT characters, and atmosphere.

I remember being little and playing vice city, shyt really made me feel like i was in a different era, seeing street nikkas wearing gloves and letterman jaccets

Then you got San andreas. Cruising around Gangton and Idlewood bumpin Radio Los Santos

The mission where you first got to san fierro was , "they actually did put a whole NEW city into the game"

Then going to Vegas and winning millions

I loved VCS stories as well, LCS had a good soundtracc but the game was boring to me.

GTA 4 is a top 10 game to me personally. The city is just too alive, nikkas actually stumble when you shoot them in the leg, driving around manhattan at night stalking people

3, Vice City & San Andreas are my favorites with San Andreas being a top 5 game ever for me.

4 was a huge let down to me. I hope they make 5 more like San Andreas

I'm one of those people that I'm a fan regardless. I love the whole series and I'm in the process of collecting every game. I'm includling Grand Theft Auto and Grand Theft Auto 2, the ones that was on Playstation.

GTA 4 was the best one to me. That shyt captured NY perfectly at the time and it was funny as shyt. The only problem are the clinging ass friends. Dwayne was damn near suicidal.

Imagine how gta 5 is going to be, being in Los Santos again

The only thing is, those white boys in Europe tend to make the GTA cities close to how they are in real life, hopefully we dont have to see crips n bloods in skinny jeans and mohawks with dyed hair

To me they changed too much of what made GTA GTA. It was too serious and I HATED the control of the cars. It was also very annoying having people callin you to hang out, usually when you're in the middle of something on the other side of the map. Then they got rid of owning businesses and character upgrades.

I tried playin it again not too long ago cause I got a free copy when I bought Max Payne 3 and I couldn't play more than a couple missions.

Yo, has anyone else ever played gta san andreas, and u catch one "balla" slipping alone and he either runs away from you or says some shyt like "me and CJ is homies" and tries to walk away. I swear that shyt happened to me when i was takin over hoods, i had the for like 5 minutes.

so you never changed the controls to classic? you know you could have right.

i remember back in the day, me and 2 of my boys would put up money on who can wheelie the longest with a dirtbike in vice city.... fun times
