Hmm...maybe he does have some mental deficit. I think something should be done about his thread creating though. He just keeps making the same threads over and again and it's kinda spam.

For instance, I just searched for threads made by him with Kool G Rap in the thread title and he's made 15 threads about Kool G Rap in less than 3 months that probably all say basically the same thing. Maybe should be warned about making the same threads over and over and banned if he continues.
