Ok so I uploaded the pic to imgur
Then clicked on my username and then clicked on "Your Smilies"
Then I imported smiley from URL
For the caption I put johnnydepp
For Text to replace I put deppbizarre

And this is the message I get: "Please enter a valid value."

That's what I do. @stomachlines try that, or just save the image to your computer and upload it from there.
