when I look and listen to mainstream hip hop today I can't help but here Juciy J & Dj Paul production

Content that emphasizes heavy pill usage and syrup sipping

Lyrics that are chant heavy with slowed 16 and sometimes 12s and 8s.

The hypnotize mind movement is seriously undervalued and undervalued. Their style has been recycled and used by so many from all regions

2 Chainz
A$AP
Migos
Wayne
Thug & Quan
Lil Jon & The Eastside Boyz
Kanye West

If these brothers were from Compton or Brooklyn they would be hailed as hip hop icons. They've had a transformational impact on hip hop and it's like you would never know

The breakfast club lurking

Disappointed in some of the responses from a few years ago. Wish I would have seen this then.

Shawty Redd
DJ Toomp
Lex Luger
Metro Boomin

All influenced by Three 6

When The Smoke Clears and Ghetty Green are for sure classics. Argument could be made for Mista Don't Play and Tear Da Club Up Thugz and Choices. Body Parts, The End, and World Domination are underappreciated classics - definitely game changers. Mystic Styles has been retroactively crowned as a classic both in the south and in rap's history strictly because of its influence.

That Savage Mode tape and Without Warning sound like 94-98 Three 6. 21 Savage and Offset could be long lost Three 6 members.

Whoever said you could smoke and :ohhh::picard::wow::ehh::dwillhuh::blessed::feedme: to old Three 6 was right.

Underground Vol 1 and Underground Vol 3 SOLID work. DJ Paul Vol 16 SOLID work. Chronicles of the Juice Mane SOLID work. And those are essentially compilations of songs that were buried under songs that were buried under songs that were buried under albums that were supposed to come but never did.

That Koopsta solo tape was terrifying, you could remaster the beats and throw 21 or one of these new guys on it and people would lose their minds.

Triple Six had a song from like 94 or 95 called "Come and Get Yo Wig Split" that would chart on the Rap Caviar playlist if it dropped today.

Don't even get real Three 6 fans started on the soul samples and flips.
