this is my issue. there's no room for legitimate tech conversation here. there's not even much room for any gaming conversation that isn't seen as benefiting a particular side of the 'console wars'

Ain't shyt being discussed. All I see is a bunch of little children blindly arguing for the console they've arbitrarily decided to support.

There's probably more mature discussions on a fukking playground. The shyt on here is just mindless garbage. And that's okay, if you wanna fukk around and have jokes on a forum then that's okay. But don't pretend it's some well reasoned discourse. Everyone's mind is made up. It was made up before either console was announced. It's nothing more than a bunch of kids playing gang wars.

If y'all want to have serious discussions, make the threads and ignore the trolls. For example the PS Vita thread is damn near troll free despite the rabid trolls on here that was trying to downplay and troll the thread at first. The PC thread is pretty troll free and good discussion in here. The main issues are the threads where someone just is trying to talk about a game or they're hyped about it and then you have these fake concern trolls coming in there pointing out every fukking thing they can see wrong just to stir the discussion into a shyt throwing contest.

Everybody was just in awe of the footage and this guy just comes through and does a drive by troll post.(Albeit it was funny at what it provoked.)

This place is dead without console wars. I enjoy tech conversations myself, by the sad truth is a lot of people have no idea about how tech works so it only goes so far. I got negged once because i said the beats were trash and that there were cheaper headphones that sound 3x better.

If it not console wars than itss apple vs google. or its pc vs mac.

No it's not beside the point. Look how many times Forza was mentioned in that thread before anybody came in and said anything about it.

If it was just a bunch of guys talking about a game you like there would be no need to keep mentioning Forza.

No. Every single one of my threads has a well thought out premise or a link/video to support it. You may disagree with them, but I don't make threads based on random twitter posts and nonsense like a lot of other dudes do here.
