They took the next step in the summer. Playing for Team USA and under Jackson. What did Kerr have anything to do with their development?

You're using a double standard. Curry and Klay improving during the regular season under Jackson is all due to him but them developing further during the regular season under Kerr is not at all due to him? It's becoming increasingly implausible as the Warriors' run continues that Jackson would have had them with the same record or better.

How am I using a double standard? Im calling it what it is. Mark Jackson did the ground work, and EVERYONE AND THEIR MOTHER knew that Klay/Steph/ were going to have career years. People were saying during Team USA that Klay looked amazing and his defense was phenomenal.
Kerr is essentially taking someone elses saved game and continuing it. Beating the boss level with MAX stats, and then getting praise like he did it from the ground up.

You're acting like Curry and Thompson were some random bums that Mark Jackson supplied with superpowers Monstars-style. Curry and Thompson were always going to develop into phenomenal players, even if people were sleeping on them. What exactly did Jackson do to make them better that Kerr isn't doing with them now too to make them even better?

Jackson grew their chemistry. Taught them how to win. Taught them how to PLAY HARD and taught them how to believe in themselves, while the NBA in itself made them better players.
