yes because kerr is riding on jackson's baggage (and can possibly take the team deep in the offs)
and no because tony dungy was a defensive x and o's guru, who then did exactly that for another team (built a D for colts, directly responsible for their SB win). neither jackson or kerr are that, they are both rah-rah coaches.
