You gotta give him one more year before u can say that..hes still only 27 and he just came off surgery and maybe tenative and trying not to hurt himself before getting that contract more then being injured
If hes the same exact player next year then yeah hes done

I think his athleticism is done for, nobody comes back from back surgery and still has the same explosiveness. Without that explosion his crude looking post moves just don't work anymore, especially when he's matched up with frontcourts that have guys that matchup with him physically.
He needs to seriously work on his post moves during the off-season, or what you see with him today is just basically what he will be moving forward. He can't rely on his athleticism to get by anymore, he's a smart player and has sound IQ in terms of rebounding and defense, but his lack of offensive polish has reduced him to just another guy who gets double digit boards and occassionally can score.
