Racism is simply a tool of white supremacy.
One does not have to experience racism (overt) to feel the effects of white supremacy.
Racism as a tool was specifically fashioned by early white supremacist to enslave and oppress Africans and other indigenous populations of the world. But mostly Africans since they held the most value in being used for chattel slavery.
Race is a ranking system that places 'black/African life at the bottom of the totem and 'white'/european life at the top, with all other so call races being ranked somewhere in between vying for any spot above the African.
White supremacy is a system, a global system.

I don't think N. Korea want them types of problems breh. The US spends more on military and weapons than the next 20 countries combined. The amount of civilians the US military has killed over the centuries is fukking astronomical man. I saw this documentary about the Laos bombing and it made me sick to my stomach how I used to believe the US government was a force for good on this planet. It's an evil fukking empire that absolutely must be destroyed.
