Superstar is a subjective term .You have to have a personality or story that intrigues fans to get that greenlight. Push from the machine.
The only young players in the league with definite Superstar potential are AD(who to some may be there), Giannis ,KaT, Embiid with leg replacements. If the Suns can get pieces and he improves his Defense, Booker can get there. And I'd throw KP just based off the market he's in and the international factor.
We've yet see the next chosen one ala Jordan, Kobe , Bron and he very well could be in Middle school for all we know.

Saying a guy having one of the all time great Celtic seasons doesn't have superstar potential is a tough sell.
If he can keep doing this in the post season and next year, he's a superstar to me.

Just cause he isn't a superstar doesn't mean someone wont pay him like he is. I wouldn't give him the max in any way shape or form but all it takes is one desperate team to drive the market for up for him.
