That's how I feel about it too. I think some are legit just joking and some are seriously projecting their underlying feelings because of the anonymity you get being on the coli. I think that the hyper masculine trend in hip hop is what caused this pendulum to go in the opposite dirrection.I believe that black masculinity was becoming the norm for a lot of white young males in the late eighties and nineties.By putting a light on an juxtaposed counter culture like the gay(or gay friendly sub) culture it took a lot of power away from hiphop as an influence on the youth.The way white men are portraited in the media(commercials and such) showes me that nowadays you either have to act bordeline gay or at least try to be as effeminate as they would want you to be.I heard reporter say on tv that gay is the new black..that kinda summed it all up for me,I agree with what breh is saying but it goes deeper that rap,even deeper than black men and the way our masculinity has been slowly stripped from our common bond as men.
